Water Filler Cap With Hose Fitting (32mm Neck Hozelock type)

Description

Water filler cap with hose fitting for a 32mm diameter opening. Please check your opening size carefully, as some newer models were made with a 40mm neck.

This cap allows a clip-on Hozelock-type hose to be used to fill the water tank. It also has two water release holes in the top to warn of overfilling, release overflow water, and allow air to escape during filling.

A food safe water hose can be fitted if required. On some versions where the neck narrows, adding the hose can allow faster filling.

Please use the drawing to validate that the filler neck of your water storage is correct for this unit.

Fitting instructions:

1. Push the hose filler cap onto the filler neck (feeding the hose if fitted) and turn slightly, about one hour on a clock face. There is no need to turn fully.
2. Click your Hozelock-type fitting to the cap.
3. Turn on water at about 50% pressure.
4. Monitor filling either from inside your caravan or motorhome using your display, or by visual gauge if the tank can be seen.

In most cases this cap will still allow the flap to shut, however it is always recommended that this is not done and the locking filler cap is replaced.

Attention: Do not use for anything other than filling and do not leave unattended.
