We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Your Right to Cancel

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition.
• Complete with any original packaging, where reasonably possible.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or supplied in error, we will provide a replacement, repair, or a full refund in line with your statutory rights. We will also reimburse any reasonable return postage costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Personalised or Made-to-Order Items

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
