Lake Bled

Our Favourite Lake in Slovenia

Favourite Moment: Walking the lake before sunrise while almost nobody else was awake.

Why We Loved It

When we arrived at Camp Bled we immediately understood why people rave about this place. The campsite sits only a short walk from Lake Bled and is one of the highest quality campsites we’ve stayed on.

Everything is spotless, the pitches are spacious and the lake is only around 100 metres away. It feels premium without losing the relaxed outdoor atmosphere that makes Slovenia so enjoyable by motorhome.

One of our favourite memories was getting up before sunrise and walking around the lake while almost nobody else was awake. The still water, soft light and quiet paths made it feel completely different from the daytime crowds.

Our Honest Opinion

Worth the visit?Absolutely.
Would we return?Without hesitation.
Would we stay longer?Yes.
Family friendly?Excellent.
Motorhome Friendly?10/10
