Water Filler Cap With Hose Fitting (Continental Screw Thread Fitting 43mm Hozelock type)

Description

Water Filler for 43mm Dia Continental thread (please check the opening size as some newer models were 40mm), allows clip on hose to be used to fill the water. It has a rubber seal to avoid excessive water leaking when filling it also has two water release holes in the top to warn of over filling or allow for over fill to be released.

The food safe water hose can be fitted if required. On some versions of the unit the neck narrows and adding the hose allows faster filling.

Please use the drawing to validate that the filler neck of your water storage is correct for this unit

Fitting instructions:
1. Push your hose filler cap onto the filler neck (feeding the hose if fitted) and turn slightly, screw in.
2. Click your ‘hoselock’ type fitting to the cap,
3. Turn on water at about 50% pressure
4. Monitor your filling either from in your caravan or motor home using your display or by visual gauge if the tank is able to be seen.

This cap in most cases will still allow the flap to shut, however it is always recommended that this is not done and the locking filler cap is replaced.

Attention. Do not use for anything other than filling and do not leave unattended.
